At ALMGULF, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Replacements are available only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear video or photo evidence of the issue must be provided
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Please note:
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect usage.

Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval based on supplier guidelines.
